FROM STEUBEN COUNTY SPOKESPERSON EDDIE VANSTINE: Steuben County Road Closure – County Route 53 (Dyer Road) – Town of Dansville. Please be advised that Eric Rose, Commissioner of the Steuben County Department of Public Works has announced that County Route 53 (Dyer Road) in the Town of Dansville will be closed to all traffic from Wallace Road to Newsome Road on the following dates and times: Date: Tuesday, May 27, 2025 and Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Time: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. each day.
The closure is necessary for the replacement of a drainage pipe. There will be no on-site detour. Please plan accordingly and seek alternate routes during the scheduled closure times. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
