WAYNE, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says, that Steuben County Court Security Officer Don Horton passed away recently, after a courageous battle with cancer. Don Horton was a town of Wayne Fire Commissioner, a retired NYS DOCCS Sergeant. “Sadly, we lost a member of our office,” the sheriff said. “Don Horton was a true public servant, invested in his community.”
