HORNELL, NY – A listener called in to Wlea this morning, asking if Wlea could tell them what the traffic light rules are during a power outage, such as the one we had yesterday.
The answer we got from Hornell Police, was to treat the situation as if you were at a 4-way stop sign, come to a stop and then, proceed according to the rules of a 4-way stop.
