Troopers: Allegany County Drug Suspects Hid Behind A False Wall

ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police have charged Terry Burdick, 35 of Friendship, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Troopers say that Terry Burdick was wanted on an outstanding Allegany County Indictment Warrant, and that Tracy Robbins, 40, of Friendship, was also arrested and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Officials say that the charges are the result of a lengthy investigation in sales of Cocaine occurring in Allegany County. According to state police, Terry Burdick was found hiding behind a false wall in a residence located on Linwood Avenue in the Town of Friendship, NY by the NYSP Troop A – Violent Felony Warrant Squad and the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Troopers also say that Robbins was also arrested at the Linwood Ave address.

Also assisting with the investigation and arrests were the New York State Police Amity Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI), New York State Amity based Troopers and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force – Olean.
