State Police say that since March they’ve continued to crack down on drivers who hide and or deface their license plates, in order to get past toll booths, without paying.
“Since March and the inception of a multi-agency task force, the New York State Police and partner agencies have continued to crack down on motorists who break the law by hiding or defacing their license plates to abscond tolls,” State Police say.
