NORTH HORNELL, NY – Troopers are reporting a pull over that resulted in the arrest of a 30 year old Rochester woman who was driving in North Hornell, the suspect is accused of having crack cocaine, marijuana and a loaded 9 millimeter pistol in her car. The suspect, Cassidy Unterborn, is facing numerous charges:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree
Criminal Possession of a Weapon
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
Unlawful Possession of a Marijuana
Unterborn is in Steuben County Jail, $100,000 bail.
