STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – State Police are reporting that Andrew Ferris, 45, of the Town of Urbana, is accused of pointing a loaded shotgun at his girlfriend during an alleged domestic dispute last night. Ferris is also alleged to have fired two shots inside a residence after reportedly threatening to kill his girlfriend. Ferris was remanded to Steuben County Jail, $5,000 bail.
