GREENWOOD, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on February 14, 2022, Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Todd E. Welch, age 45, of Symonds Road, Troupsburg, New York. It is alleged that between June 2021 and November 2021, Mr. Welch stole gas from the Steuben County Department of Public works in Greenwood, New York. Mr. Welch is charged with Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree, a class E Felony, and Petit Larceny.
Welch was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Greenwood Court at a later.
