Two Accidents Today, One in Livingston Co, One In Yates Co.

There were two bad accidents in the region today, one in Livingston County, and one in Yates County.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says Michael Dann, 46, of the Town of Sparta, has suffered life threatening injuries, after Dann ran into a deer on his motorcycle this morning. According to Sheriff Tom Dougherty, the deer ran out in front of Dann, on Route 63 in the Town of Sparta. Dann is recovering at Strong Memorial Hospital.

There was a fatal accident in Yates County today. State Troopers say Roxan Meier, 55, of Dundee was killed in a three car accident, when an alleged drunk driver from Rome, struck a car that Roxan was a passenger in, as well as another car too.

The alleged drunk driver is accused of dwi and 2nd degree vehicular manslaughter. That accident happened in the Town of Milo.
