Details of the Incident: On Monday September 20th, 2021 The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested Harley A. Marble (Age 25) and Samantha S. Marble (Age 27) of Depot Street in the Village of Canisteo for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. This incident stemmed from a home invasion burglary complaint on Russell Street in early September. The marbles were issued appearance tickets to appear in Canisteo Village Court at a later date and time.
