HORNELL, NY – Firefighters Jordan Pelton and Joel Guthrie were each promoted to the rank of Captain Thursday’s Board of Public Safety meeting.
Mayor John Buckley said “both Pelton and Guthrie are outstanding Firefighters who have tremendous leadership qualities. I’m excited to see them in their new roles.”
