HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini reports the arrest of Tracy Ames, 36, and Christopher Allman, 50, both of 146 River Street Hornell. Also charged are Juawn Robertson, 30, 5 Hanna Place, Rochester, and Jessica Battaglia, 26, Cherry Creek Street, Rochester. All four were charged with one count each of 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to Investigator Aini, when Hornell Police went inside 146 River Street, they discovered cocaine, prescription drugs, money and other evidence that drug dealing was going on.
Juawn Robertson of Rochester, was also charged on an arrest warrant, for allegedly being a parole absconder.
Hornell Police were assisted by investigators with the Steuben County District Attorneys Office.
