Meth Suspects Names Are Released by Hornell Police Department

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police say shortly before 9:30 pm on Thursday night, Police were alerted to the possibility of persons processing meth amphetamines, at a Stephens Street apartment in Hornell. Police report that they searched the 20 Stephens Street apartment, and found evidence of a meth lab. Hornell Police and Fire officials removed the contents, and State Police also assisted.

The suspects are: Collin Davis, of Hornell, Justin Mangine, of Dansville, Timothy Sherbert of Hornell, Jessica Wyant of Dansville, and Carissa Brown of Dansville. All five suspect are charged with 1st degree reckless endangerment, 3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth amphetimes, and criminal possession of precursors of meth.

The five suspects were arraigned in Hornell City Court, and sent to Steuben County Jail without bail.

Hornell Police say others are being investigated as well.
