Update From Governor Cuomo: On Upstate Hospital’s PPE/Ventilator Executive Order

In the audio below, Governor Andrew Cuomo answers a reporter’s question, about where things are with the controversial executive order. On Friday, Gov. Cuomo explained that he wanted to sign an executive order, to send the National Guard out to upstate hospitals, to take PPE and ventilators. In the audio below, the governor explains his current thoughts about the executive order, which has yet to be signed. When asked how many ventilators have been taken from upstate hospitals so far, the governor answered “none, I just wanted to know where they are, if we needed them.”
