BATH, NY – The case about the congressional and state senate maps, was in Steuben County Court yesterday morning. Judge Pat McAllister denied the motion from the governor to throw the case out. The judge says, he needs more information about the maps, from both sides, in order to make a ruling, and set up a time for a hearing on March 14. The judge will make a decision by April 4.
