HORNELL, NY – Hornell officials say that there is a power outage this morning in Hornell, caused by a balloon striking some wires.
We’re told that the outage is affecting Main Street, Pearl Street, Pardee Street, and other sections of Hornell.
UPDATE – 12:06PM – WLEA News is now being told that the NYSEG trucks are leaving, and that it appears that power has been restored to the parts of Hornell that were without power. Also, the balloon in question, was a balloon-a-gram.
