The Steuben County District Attorney’s Office tells Wlea News, that motions were recently argued and pre-trial hearings are being scheduled in the Addison bank robbery suspect, Dominic Bova case. 31 year old Dominic Bova is alleged to have robbed the bank in Addison on August 22 of last year. In other news from the D.A.’s Office, 53 year old Gerald Makin of Corning has been indicted with 12 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a child under the age of 17 years, and 12 counts of Possession Sexual Performance by a Child. Makin was arrested by the state police on these allegations, in October of 2025.
