Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says, 29 year old Brett Heffner of Corning, who is accused of killing Keli Collins of Corning in August, Heffner was in court just before the Thanksgiving holiday. According to the DA, Heffner’s attorney, Marty Anderson, requested that there be a psychological exam done on Brett Heffner. Also, David Keng is no longer helping represent Heffner.
