On Thursday morning, a lot of law enforcement vehicles were in pursuit of a car on 390 in Monroe County. That car went through Monroe County, Livingston County and into Steuben County. Officials say, at one point on 390, the suspect ran over stop stick spikes on the road – but kept driving even though he had a flat tire. The suspect’s vehicle came to a stop near the Arkport Village Café, that was in the 10am hour Thursday. The suspect is now in custody – state police – the Livingston and Steuben County Sheriff’s Department are still investigating.
