ALBANY, NY – During the state legialitve budget hearings held online on Thursday, Assemblyman Phil Palmesano questioned the State Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker, about the number of vaccines that are being distributed to Steuben, Yates, Schuyler and Seneca Counties. Palmesano also brought up the point that the rules are different for residency limitations, in upstate and downstate New York.
