Due to a loss of pressure from a water main break, a boil water advisory is in effect for the following streets: Dennis Avenue, Dennis Avenue Extension, Sportsmen Club Road, Lincoln Street, Miles Avenue, and Upper Bennet Street.
The boil water advisory will remain in effect until the water is clear and two days of negative bacteriological samples have been obtained. Affected customers will be notified by the City when the advisory has been lifted.
DPW crews continue working today to restore water pressure in the affected areas. We apologize for your inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
