BATH, NY – Bath Village Police are reporting the arrest of Daniel Hill, 43, Addison. Hill is accused of injuring an employee at Tops Market in Bath, when the employee confronted hill about allegedly shoplifting there.
Also charged was a woman who was with Daniel Hill, Kristy Snyder, 37, Lindley, who is accused of possessing two hypodermic needles and methamphetimines.
