WHEELER, NY – State Police report that a Savona woman was killed in a three-vehicle accident in the Town of Wheeler. According to troopers, Vanessa Webster, 29, was a passenger in a pickup truck. The driver of the pickup lost control of the vehicle on State Route 53 in the noon hour on Tuesday. The truck was hit by two oncoming vehicles. Ms. Webster was pronounced dead at the hospital. All others involved were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
