Alfred Police Chief Paul Griffith is reporting that there was a chase that went from Hornell, into Alfred and ended on I-390 near the exit for Mount Morris.
The suspect was from Cuba (the country, not the Allegany County town) and is currently in Allegany county jail, $5000 bail.
