Board of Regents To Vote On Whether To Make Cheerleading An “Official” Sport

Capital New York reports that the Board of Regents will also talk this week about whether to designate cheerleading as an official sport. According to Capital New York, if that happens, cheerleading coaches will have to have a certain amount of training.
