The Steuben County Traffic Safety Committee met on Friday morning at 10am, to discuss changing the speed limit on County Route 3: from 55 miles an hour, to 35 miles an hour. That will be for Rathbone, Addison and Thurston.
The committee also discussed changing two dozen roads in the Town of Corning, from 55 miles an hour to 25 miles an hour.
