STEUBEN COUNTY – Both NYSEG and Spectrum had power outages in Steuben County, on Sunday. There were hundreds of NYSEG outages in Canisteo, which was the place that seemed to have the most outages. There were about 100 outages in Hartsville and just under 100 outages in Hornellsville.
The NYSEG outages began at about 5am Sunday morning, and the outages were mostly repaired by 7:00am.
