ALMOND, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports that Zachary George, 23, of Hornell, died after a drowning incident in Almond Park, in the Kanacadea Park on Monday.
Zachary George was pronounced dead at St James Hospital.
Officials with the sheriff’s department say that George was kayaking at the time of the incident.
