BATH, NY – The Star Gazette reports that Michael Beard, the 45 year old male from Elmira Heights, was sentenced this afternoon, to 25 years to life in prison, without parole. Beard was convicted of killing Kelley Clayton in the Steuben County Town of Cayton, in 2015.
