ROCHESTER, NY – WHEC Rochester is reporting that Pamela Dyson, who is the sister of 1979 murder victim Tammy Jo Alexander, told WHEC she was outraged at comments from Sheriff John York. According to WHEC, the family did file a police report at the time that Tammy Jo went missing.
