HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report that Tommie Bostic, 46, is accused of burglarizing the American Legion and the IOOF Hall on Maple Street, early in the morning of November 8th. Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini says that Bostic was arrested on November 8th, for a parole meeting violation, and is currently in Steuben County Jail. Bostic was released from state prison in late October.
Investigator Aini says that Anyone with any information about any suspicious activity near the IOOF Hall, or the whereabouts of Tom Bostic on the day of November 8th, can call the Hornell Police Department at 607-324-2860.
