ABC Digital News reports that sources inside the White House tell ABC News that White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci offered his resignation this morning to Gen. John Kelly. He requested to be redeployed at the Export Import Bank as chief strategy officer to allow the new White House chief of staff to assert his leadership inside the West Wing, sources said.
