From Hornell City Hall:
The City of Hornell is preparing for contractor activities on the Seneca Street side of Hornell City Hall, located at 82 Main Street. The general contractor for this project will cause a section of Seneca Street, from Main Street to the entrance to the back parking lot, between Decorator’s Choice and Garcia’s Barber Shop, to be closed off from traffic during the daytime, starting Monday, August 17, 2020. Residents and patrons in this area are being advised, in advance, that the parking lot across from City Hall, the adjoining street and sidewalks will be closed during active construction. Please seek alternative routes and parking. During construction hours, a temporary drop box will be located inside the entryway to City Hall.
