ARKPORT, NY – Wlea News has learned that Elizabeth Holmes, the attorney for the Broadway Group, Holmes says the Broadway Group tells her that due to environmental constraints of the Route 36 Arkport site, the Broadway group and Dollar General are no longer pursuing development there.
In other words, it appears that there won’t be a Dollar General store coming to that location on Route 36.
Sources tell Wlea News that the major issue was that the creek being near the location where the Dollar General store wanted to locate.
