ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – From State Troopers there:
On November 1, 2021, SP Amity Troopers arrested Coty J Denning, 26, of Amity, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree, False Personation, and Traffic violations.
On September 26, 2021, SP Amity Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a State Route 19 in the town of Scio. The operator presented an ID which was later determined to belong to another person. The identity of the operator was discovered to be Denning. He was arrested on November 1, 2021 and transported to SP Amity for processing.
Denning issued appearance tickets for the town of Scio court, where he is to appear in December 2021.
