Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says, Dylan Henry appeared before Judge Roche, and pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated harassment as a hate crime, after being accused of putting neo-nazi stickers on the Reheboth Church and the Temple Beth El in Hornell. Henry will be sentenced October 7 in Steuben County Court. The D.A. noated that this is Henry’s second felony offense since getting out of a state prison, so Baker says, Henry will be going back to state prison.
Aubrey Draggonetti has made a plea, to one count of criminal mischief as a hate crime and was given one year of interim supervision, which is the equivalent of a years’ probation. Dragonetti will then be sentenced again, in September of 2023, and judged on her behavior while on interim supervision. Ryan Mulhullen is in court Wednesdday, September 14, at 1130am, for a conference to discuss a possible plea.
