WHAT…flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall which continues to be possible. WHERE: a portion of central New York including Steuben County and Schuyler County. WHEN…Until Midnight tonight. IMPACTS….excessive runoff may result in the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams and other low lying and flood prone locations.. ADDITIONAL DETAILS….another round of locally heavy rainfall will affect the watch area until late evening. THe potential still exists for localized flash flooding in the watch area.
