August 24, 2022

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – A pullover on 390 in Livingston County resulted in felony drug charges for one Allegany County resident and two people from Cattaraugus County. Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says there were 500 individual baggies inside the car, with a total of 178 grams of Fentynal inside them, as well as crack cocaine and 35 suboxyone strips. The suspects are: 49 year old Charlene Williams of Bolivar, and 52 year old Dwayne Motley and 26 year old Tyler Evans, both of Olean.

Sheriff Dougherty says, because of bail reform and because Charlene Williams is not on probation with prior felony convictions, Charlene Williams was not held. The two Olean suspects were held, $5,000 bail for each of them.
