ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – The Wellsville Regional News page reports that 29 year old Josiah Gardner of Alfred was sentenced to seven years in state prison, after being convicted of burglarizing an elderly woman’s home. Officials say that Josiah Gardner stole a check book, a television and cash. Gardner will have to do five years post release supervision and pay about $1200 in restitution.
