Another Missing Person Case in Steuben County

PRATTSBURGH, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that Todd Casciani, 45, of Prattsburgh, is now considered a missing person.
Todd Casciani is on the convicted level three sex offender list.
He is also wanted for missing a parole meeting.
