AVON, NY – The Wellsville Regional News page reports that an Arkport man and a Dansville man are both facing drug charges, after being pulled over on I-390 in Avon. Officials with the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office allege that Joshua Penta, 37, Arkport, and Daniel White, 33, Dansville, had 12 bags of heroin in their car, on 390 in Livingston County.
