ARKPORT, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports that 65 year old James Mayo of County Route 67 in Arkport is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with someone less than 17 years old. Mayo was charged and remanded to Steuben County Jail, $25,000 bail.
