BATH, NY – State Police report that Kelly Parulski, 45, Bath, is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and some vehicle and traffic violations. Mrs. Parulski is accused of driving a Bath Haverling Central School bus, with passengers under the age of 17 present, while allegedly using a portable electronic device.
She was issued an appearance to appear in court at a later date.
