CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Village Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports, that Richard Vail, 42, Bath, was picked up for failure to appear in court to answer to several previous charges: 2nd and 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of drug paraphernaila in the 2nd degree.
Police Chief Amidon says that the drug said to have been found when Vail was originally arrested in Canisteo, was meth amphetamines.
