Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says the Larry Schoonover trial will begin on September 30th. Schoonover is accused of getting into a standoff with State Police, Bath Police and the Sheriff’s Department in August of 2023 on Roosevelt Avenue in Bath.
Schoonover who has pleaded not guilty and his lawyer is Steuben County Public Defender Terry Baxter.
