Arkport Mayor Charlie Flanders says that there’s a boil water order in effect for the south end of Arkport (from Main Street to the Village Cafe).
That’s because of a water main break that happened last night. Mayor Charlie Flanders says the water main break should be fixed by noon today and that the boil water notice is in effect until further notice (possibly several days, it’s unknown at this point).
Mayor Flanders says the village officials regret the inconvenience.
