HORNELL, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says 13 suspects in the Hornell area were charged today. According to Baker, 12 of the suspects were charged with possession with intent to sell.
Baker noted that the drugs involved include Vikadin and Crack Cocaine.
