Brian Gottschall’s Lawsuit Against Isaman Dismissed

December 11, 2014

BATH, NY – Steuben County Judge Joe Latham has dismissed Brian Gottschall’s case against the Town of Hornellsville and numerous individuals and local companies. The case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be brought back to court. Brian Gottschall sued the Town of Hornellsville and numerous others, over garbage being removed from his property in 2010. Gottschall not only sued the Town of Hornellsville, but Town Supervisor Ken Isaman, Town Board member Ron Kennell, former Hornellsville Codes Officer Tim Aiken, Hornell Waste, T&R Towing and several other individuals.

In other Hornellsville news, Larry “Hot Dog” Stephens posted online this week, that he plans on two more lawsuits, over Isaman not allowing public comment at Hornellsville Town Meetings. Isaman maintains that Stephens is “repetitive”. Stephens has already filed almost half a dozen lawsuits against Hornellsville and Ken Isaman.
