BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Bills have named Hornell Varsity Football Coach, Ismail Mehr, the Rochester Region’s High School Football Coach of the Week. That’s largely because of the big win Hornell had, over Penn Yan-Dundee last Saturday, when Hornell won 29-16.
