FREMONT, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that 22 year old Ryan O’Brien of Canisteo and a 26 year old Painted Post man, were pulled over in Fremont, in a car that had heroin in it.
O’Brien and the other suspect were charged and sent to Steuben County Jail.
